Dr. Mark Scherer, a cosmetic surgeon in Appleton, Wisconsin, is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Medical School. He completed a five year general surgical residency at Wayne State University in Detroit. His Plastic Surgery Fellowship was done there as well . He has been practicing a plastic surgeon in the Fox Valley since 1991.
